Creating space for youth voices, one bold idea at a time. Lim Zhan Yang is the Chairman of the Yew Tee Youth Network (YN) and also leads the Branding and Communications Workgroup within the People’s Association Youth Movement (PAYM) Council. 

With a passion for grassroots activism, Zhan Yang believes in empowering young people to bring their ideas forward—no matter how niche, new, or unexpected.

For him, activism isn’t about being loud, it’s about being present. And that presence, multiplied across networks and neighbourhoods, is how we build a better Singapore.
