Where women in product find power, purpose, and peers. Product Women is a vibrant community founded by Nithya Karthikeyan, Halynne Shi, Rachel Kuo, and Diana Lim to champion female product managers across all levels of experience.

What began as a casual gathering has evolved into a fast-growing network of over 140 women, united by a shared belief: that women bring unique strengths, perspectives, and leadership styles to the product space and they deserve a space to grow, learn, and thrive together.

To stay inspired, the team makes a habit of deconstructing everyday products, diving into unfamiliar apps, and asking themselves, “Why was this built this way?” a practice that sharpens curiosity and sparks cross-domain creativity.
