Founder, Praxium
Louis Puah
Not every lesson is found in a textbook. Louis Puah co-founded Praxium to teach the ones that matter most. As the driving force behind “The School of Life,” he’s on a mission to equip youth with real-world skills through coaching, career exploration, and life design.
Under Louis’ leadership, Praxium is helping young people build self-awareness, navigate life’s complexities, and gain confidence through exposure to different industries and financial literacy. His belief? That youth deserve tools for the future, not just grades for the present.
Louis leads by doing. One of the biggest risks he took was launching programmes pro bono, trusting that meaningful work would speak for itself, and it did. He’s learned that momentum beats perfection and that getting started is often the hardest but most rewarding step.
At Praxium, Louis is building a future where young people don’t just survive school but by designing a life they’re excited to live.
