Yang Sheng is part of the People’s Association Youth Movement (PAYM) Council, the youth arm of PA that powers more than 90 Youth Networks across Singapore. At the heart of it all: helping local youths find purpose and connection through shared action. 

From organising grassroots programmes in Changi Simei to co-developing the PA Youth Charter, Yang Sheng believes in the quiet strength of showing up—and the ripple effects it creates.

On the ground, Yang Sheng and his peers bring those commitments to life—leading festive celebrations, clean-ups, and peer-led initiatives that strengthen community bonds.
