Turning a 30-year wet-market legacy into a digital seafood destination. At just 19, Kino Lee Xin Hao took up the challenge of modernizing his family's LYH Seafood stall in Tekka Market, an iconic business known for delivering premium seafood across Singapore for over three decades. 

When COVID hit, Kino launched the brand’s online storefront from his bedroom and personally handled packing, deliveries, and digital orders. 

His biggest lesson? Trust in adaptation. Kino never intended to shift the business online but when the opportunity arose, he embraced it and proved that tradition and technology can swim together.

His boldest move? Digitizing a 30-plus-year family business amid a pandemic, turning what was once a physical stall into a seamless platform that connects old-world quality with new-world accessibility.
