He believes in the rising demand for cross-cultural dining experiences, where food tells a story and traditions meet bold reinvention.
His boldest move? Dropping out of university to start his first food venture. That leap became the foundation for Kulon Bakmi, and ultimately shaped a purpose-driven journey centred on heritage, hustle, and heartfelt flavour.
