Left college at 21 to build Southeast Asia’s leading talent platform and never looked back. Oswald Yeo is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Glints, a career discovery and development platform that’s reshaping how talent and companies connect across Southeast Asia. 

Alongside his co-founders from UC Berkeley and Wharton, Oswald built Glints with a mission to close the skills and opportunity gap across the region. Backed by US$80 million in funding from leading investors like Monk’s Hill Ventures and DCM, Glints is now one of the most prominent talent ecosystems in Asia.

To stay inspired, he makes it a point to chase the "heat", frequenting hubs like Silicon Valley, where new energy and ideas constantly push boundaries.
