Lee Su Fang is the self-taught baker and founder behind Frosted by Fang, a charming bakehouse known for its elegant cakes, dessert boxes, and creative confectionery. What began in 2015 as a home kitchen passion project has since grown into a physical shopfront in Joo Seng Green, serving up buttery aromas and heartfelt bakes to the community.

Her biggest lesson? Learning to say no and honouring rest. After pushing herself to the brink of burnout, she realised that sustainable success isn’t about going full speed but about pacing the journey and protecting the joy behind the craft.

Her biggest leap? Skipping the corporate path after university and betting on her baking. That decision turned a side hustle into a full-time dream, and a hobby into a thriving small business powered by purpose and passion.
