Grace Ann Chua is the visionary behind Friendzone SG, a ground-up movement creating safe spaces for young Singaporeans to have honest, vulnerable conversations and discover the power of community through friendship.

What started as a simple desire to help youths feel seen and heard has since blossomed into a national movement, with Friendzone activating neighbourhoods, public spaces, and online platforms to spark dialogue and deepen connection. Through facilitated sessions, storytelling, and peer support, Grace and her team have reached thousands of youths across Singapore.

The boldest move that shaped her journey? Choosing to center vulnerability and not virality as the core of her work. In a fast-paced world, Grace reminds us to slow down, listen deeply, and start where it matters most: with a friend.
