With a deep love for both the glory and the grind of the creative process, Sharham brings over five years of experience as a creative producer and entertainment executive, working with rising and renowned talent across global stages.

From directing festivals and concerts to managing campaigns for brands like TIGER, MUGLER, and Resorts World Sentosa, Dreamfellas has become a go-to name for immersive cultural programming. Whether it’s a J Balvin showcase, a charity concert like The BeatBack Project, or the upcoming Skechers Sundown Festival 2025, Sharham and his team are on a mission to platform underrepresented voices especially dancers and hip-hop artists in powerful, respectful ways.
